Refurbishment … NEW for OLD

Amixon®, the first overhauled mixer of this type has left our premises. Within a few weeks, the vertical two-shaft mixer of the HM type with a batch capacity of 3,000 l was completely disassembled and reconditioned.

The single components depending on their wear such as gear blocks, drive shafts and mixing tools were purified and refurbished. Safety-relevant switches, bearings, seals and other small parts were exchanged for new parts. Sandblasting and painting before final assembly not only gives the mixer (weight 6.2 t) a shine visually, but also serves to protect against corrosion.
