We also take care of on-site Service - our experienced staff will support you with the dismantling of your old system and the professional installation and commissioning of your repaired or refurbished mixer.
Specialised in mixers with rotating vessels, e.g. completely overhauled machines go through a proven refurbishment cycle:
- Cleaning of the individual components
- Inspection and evaluation of all parts - in the event of excessive wear, repair (if possible) or replacement with new parts; small parts such as bearings, seals and filters are always replaced
- Sandblasting and painting of the assemblies
- Assembly and rewiring
- Presetting of closure, limit switch and central lubrication device (if available)
- Function check
