Multifunctional intensive mixer development project, MIM for short
Work on the development of the MIM project has intensified in recent years. The prototyping and testing of individual components have already been completed in the fall of 2024. The design and development of the various sizes is planned to follow. Following their completion, we provided the continuation of the test runs and the presentation of the mixer series for interested customers.
Sizes & designs / Series
A total of 3 series are planned, each with 3 sizes with a capacity of 375 litres to 6,000 litres. The two prototypes MIM12 and MIM22 have a batch volume of 750 and 2,250 litres respectively. Installed outputs of between around 50 kW and approx. 400 kW are possible.
Structure & functions
The mixing pan has a modular design. The mixing tools can be controlled via a V-belt drive or direct drive. The mixing tools used, such as the TuneMixx system, can be selected individually or in combination depending on the product to be mixed. Accessibility is ensured by doors and inspection entrances.
