Our company, KRAUSKOPF Maschinentechnik GmbH & Co. KG, was founded in early 2013.
With a qualified team of engineers and specialists, we initially developed, designed, tested and manufactured complete mixing tool systems and mixing tools. Gradually, the product range grew to include various wear and spare parts for mixers, mills, conveyor components and other machine and system components. Today, the parts product range is supplemented by repaired and completely overhauled mixers and the construction of entire assemblies for these machines. In addition to installation, commissioning and process engineering consultation, our services also include prototyping and sampling.
Our company history
2013: We owe the creation of an innovative mixing tool of the latest generation and the founding of today's family business to the inventive talent of Gerhard Krauskopf. The pioneer laid the cornerstone for the small and medium-sized company with the “TuneMixx®” patent application in 2012 and founded the company KRAUSKOPF Maschinentechnik GmbH & Co. KG in the following spring.
2015: Two more years of company development in the form of technical development and sales of the market innovation required a spatial and personnel adjustment as early as January 2015. The move from Höpfingen to Buchen, was followed by expansion of personnel, machine fleet and product portfolio. The increase in the sale of wear and spare parts in the mixing and grinding application areas led to steady increase sales and product placement in Germany, the EU and the USA.
2019: A new milestone was set at the end of 2019 thanks to the vision of our own intensive mixer. Since then, the project has been propelled constructively and innovatively by a committed team of qualified engineers and specialists with the aim of surpassing the current state of the art. At the beginning of 2020, Fabian Krauskopf joins the management and supports the future expansion of the company with his skills, his ideas and his youthful, fresh style.
2021: We start with the elaboration of a master plan for the new building, renovation or leasing of larger production and administration premisses. These newly created premisses are used to expand production capacity, repair and general overhaul of used mixers and building of our own intensive mixers.
2023: After a plot of land in the Buchen industrial estate (IGO) was acquired over the summer and the ground-breaking ceremony took place in October 2022, the foundation stone was laid for the new production hall with administrative wing. After a labour-intensive year, the new premises inthe street “Max-Planck-Straße” were occupied in November 2023, just under a year later, and operations began at the new location. The production area has grown around threefold compared to the previous location and the area for administration and social rooms has increased fourfold. The possibility of expanding by a further 7,500 m² also allows for medium-term growth in the repair and general overhaul of used mixers and the construction of the company's own intensive mixers. The workforce grew to 16 employees in November.
2024: At the beginning of the year, the company's 10th anniversary was celebrated as part of the official opening of the new premises. Another spatial change was completed in July with the construction of a staff lounge. At the same time, work began on the outdoor facilities and preparations for the construction of an additional warehouse.
